CARLY * LE'A * COURTNEY
Le’a Tupola is a respected pageant director, mentor and coach in Hawaii and the South Pacific. Le’a started his pageant career with the Miss America Organization in 2005 at the young age of 15 as the Executive Director of the Miss Molokai Organization. Since then he has coached many young women who have gone on to win various local, state and national titles. Le’a is also the former Associate Director of the Miss East Oahu, Miss Kahala and Miss North Shore Scholarship Pageant (HI-MAO) and former Co-Executive Director of the Miss Hawaii Teen America Scholarship Pageant. Today Le'a serves as the Executive Director of the Miss North Shore Organization which produces the annual North Shore Princess Academy, Miss North Shore, Miss North Shore Teen and Mrs North Shore pageants. Aside from his involvement in the pageant industry Le’a is employed as a Flight Attendant for Hawaiian Airlines.
Courtney Pham| Co-Director
Courtney (Viernes) Pham was crowned Miss Waikiki 2013 (MAO-HI) also winning Best in Swimsuit and Miss Photogenic. Later that year she went on to place Top 7 and won Miss Hospitality at Miss Hawaii 2013. Courtney graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.A. in Journalism and later received her MBA from Argosy University. Aside from pageantry, Courtney is currently the Chief Operations Officer and a Property Manager for Honolulu Management LLC, Co-Owner of Honolulu Crack Seed and is employed by Hawaiian Airlines as a flight attendant where she enjoys traveling the world. She is happily married to her husband Thompson Pham.
